Development of a strategy for temporary use and transitional management as part of the redevelopment of the Bourgogne neighborhood.

The mission aims to define a six-year master plan for temporary occupation projects, pop-up events, and tactical initiatives to revitalize the neighborhood, raise awareness of the urban project, and communicate the transformations in an educational manner. The mission intersects with actions to be taken regarding the circular economy and reuse at the neighborhood level. A key focus of the project is supporting the handover of public spaces and the use of post-demolition brownfields.
