Within the third place Le Bob, located in the former Bobst à la Soie factories, a new space is expanding the opportunities available to local stakeholders: La Multi. Designed as an open, vibrant, and participatory space, it is intended to become a true hub for initiatives, community projects, and local activities at the intersection of Villeurbanne, Vaulx-en-Velin, Bron, and Décines.
Established as part of the Étape 22D temporary occupation, La Multi is part of the gradual transformation of this iconic industrial site, which is set to evolve in the coming years. Since 2024, Le Bob has already established itself as one of the largest third places in the Lyon region, hosting a diverse range of stakeholders and uses—including Lyon Demain.
