A new temporary housing project is opening in the 13th arrondissement, an 8-minute walk from Place d’Italie and easily accessible by public transportation (Metro lines 5, 6, 7). This circular building, spanning nearly 10,000 m², will be available until at least early 2028.
Spread over four floors, partitioned offices and open-plan spaces will be made available to nonprofit organizations, artists, startups, and social enterprises—totaling approximately 400 workspaces. A large central garden provides natural light and a pleasant setting for both office spaces and common areas. Located in the heart of a mixed-use neighborhood, the site is surrounded by local shops and services.
This call for applications is open to nonprofit organizations, cultural or social organizations, startups, and independent professionals seeking to join a social and solidarity-based third place within a stimulating ecosystem that fosters connections and diversity among its users.
