Behind Plateau Urbain are more than 100 employees who keep the cooperative and its third places running every day!
Once a year, the Plateau Urbain teams take a break from their work to catch their breath, step back, and collectively reflect on topics related to internal operations, issues specific to our work, as well as inspiring and unifying projects for the cooperative—which we’ll tell you more about soon!
Two weeks ago, all employees gathered for the annual team retreat, organized once again this year by our Belgian counterparts at Communa.
A big thank you to Oscar Bellier, Adeline Chabotier, and Augustin Ugeux Remy from Communa for their flexible and supportive guidance throughout these two days, and to YMCA Le Rocheton for their warm welcome!
