CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – LES GRANDES VOISINES

The Foyer Notre-Dame des Sans Abri, the Fondation Armée du Salut, and Plateau Urbain are inviting applications for office spaces, workshops, and storage areas at Les Grandes Voisines in Francheville.

Les Grandes Voisines spans a site of over 8 hectares, located at 40 Avenue de la Table de Pierre (69340 Francheville), 20 minutes from Gorge de Loup (buses C24 and C22). Supported by the Salvation Army Foundation and the Foyer Notre-Dame des Sans-Abri, the site houses five shelters and job-integration workshops. The Plateau Urbain cooperative was commissioned by these two organizations to diversify the site’s activities, open it up to the outside world, and thus transform it into a mixed-use, community-oriented third place that combines housing, activity spaces, and public access.

Currently, five workspaces are available, located on the ground floor and in the basement of the building.

• A 22m² office space + an adjoining 13m² storage room (without windows)
• A 68-square-meter office space with a training room (public access) opening onto the outside
• A 90.33 m² workshop/office opening onto the outside
• A 20.8 m² storage room (without windows)

These spaces are classified as Public Access Facilities (ERT) and may not receive the general public on a regular basis (except for the training ERP space mentioned above).
