As part of the Agora du 9 project, Plateau Urbain is supporting the project leader, Ma Friche Urbaine, and its partners in establishing a monitoring and evaluation framework for an initial 18-month pilot phase.
The mission involves structuring an evaluation methodology tailored to the challenges of the third place: clarifying objectives, identifying expected outcomes, defining relevant indicators, and implementing tools for data collection and analysis.
Through workshops focused on stakeholder onboarding and alignment, Plateau Urbain helps build a shared vision of the project and equips teams to track its progress.
The goal is to draw concrete lessons from this pilot phase to guide future decisions and consolidate the conditions for the third place’s long-term sustainability at the neighborhood level.
