Feasibility Study on the Temporary Use of Pavilions for Community or Recreational Activities Along the Ourcq Canal

The Est Ensemble Public Establishment (EPT) commissioned Le Sens de la Ville and Plateau Urbain to define a strategy of temporary/tactical actions to support the Raymond Queneau sector, located at the intersection of several major urban and land development projects currently undergoing transformation (ZAC Eco Cité, Parc des Hauteurs, etc.). As the sector is set to undergo transformations over the next decade; Est Ensemble aims to improve residents’ quality of life and help them navigate the construction sites.
As part of this study, Plateau Urbain assessed the technical feasibility of temporarily occupying various buildings within the area that could support the implementation of the overall strategy by hosting community or recreational activities along the Ourcq Canal.
