Project management (AMO) and technical and economic feasibility studies for the implementation of transitional urban planning projects in the Est Ensemble region

Since 2021, Plateau Urbain has assembled a team to respond to a framework agreement contract on behalf of the Est Ensemble metropolitan area. Thanks to ANRU+ funding, the regional public agency can draw on a team of experts in temporary and transitional urban planning (design, engineering, economic arrangements, landscaping, etc.) to implement projects in neighborhoods undergoing urban renewal. Studies began in 2022 and aim to maintain a level of services, community engagement, and quality of life for residents in neighborhoods undergoing construction.
