In the heart of Paris’s 14th arrondissement, in a former convent featuring a cloister, a chapel, and numerous common areas, Village Reille is opening new offices and studios for artists, organizations, collectives, and professionals in the creative and social and solidarity sectors.
Since 2021, the Plateau Urbain cooperative has been offering offices, studios, and storage spaces within a welcoming building featuring its own gardens. Until December 2, 2025, Village Reille hosted an emergency shelter managed by the Aurore association and a solidarity-based shared housing initiative by the Caracol association.
As the project was initially set to end in late December 2025, the emergency shelter has moved to another location. Following a new extension of the Village Reille, the three floors formerly occupied by the CHU are available to be converted into offices and workshops for four months.
The spaces available are individual offices and workshops ranging from 7 to 20 m², located on the 2nd through 4th floors of the building. Occupants have access to numerous shared spaces: a dining hall, meeting rooms, a library, and terraces.
This call for applications is open to organizations wishing to develop their activities in a communal space that is open to the neighborhood and features a regular cultural program.
You have until December 7 to apply!
