The social housing organization Bellevilles, in partnership with Plateau Urbain, is offering several units within the Îlot Prudhon complex in Ivry-sur-Seine.
Located in the heart of the Ivry Port neighborhood, this 2,000-square-meter mixed-use development was renovated in 2022.
Îlot Prudhon is located in the immediate vicinity of Paris (RER C, bus, tram, and several major roads); it is also at the heart of a rapidly changing area where a large-scale urban development project (the Ivry Confluence ZAC) is underway, which will eventually include housing, retail spaces, and a park located across from the available premises.
Since 2023, the site has been occupied by several organizations: artisans and object restorers (Gilbon & Coroller and Artoo Conservation), carpenters (Les Écureuils Mobiles), the association Les Petits Débrouillards, which works to raise awareness and promote community education, as well as a student residence run by Aclef. The goal of this project is to contribute to the economic and social development of Ivry Port and to create a productive, vibrant space for learning and work.
The spaces are made available at affordable rents to ensure that local project leaders have access to workspaces amid rising rental costs.
Eight units are available, ranging from 30 m² to 250 m². They are intended to be used as offices, workshops, and storage spaces.
Tenancy for these units is long-term, meaning that future tenants will commit to a minimum of three years under a commercial lease, or a minimum of two years under any other authorized rental arrangement (special-purpose lease).
Viewing sessions will be held on Wednesday, November 26, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and on Friday, November 28, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
