Plateau Urbain is extending its call for applications for office spaces, workshops, and basements as part of a temporary occupancy project in Arcueil at the former headquarters of the Caisse des Dépôts et des Consignations.
Located just a few minutes from the RER B (Laplace/Arcueil Cachan stop), the site consists of several buildings set within a magnificent 7,500-square-meter garden.
This transitional occupation aims to revitalize the site and its garden for two and a half years. It will serve as a space for experimentation and collaboration among all occupants, neighborhood associations, and partners of the future project. Events will be organized to announce the site’s future programming and open the garden to the public.
Plateau Urbain is therefore issuing a call for applications to occupy offices, workshops, basements, or storage spaces ranging from 7 to 211 m². Common areas and large green spaces will be accessible to everyone who joins the project.
New deadline for applications: Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM, with move-in scheduled to begin in late October.
