CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – GRANDS ESPACES – FONTENAY-SOUS-BOIS

Plateau Urbain, in partnership with SPL MAB, has opened a brand-new third place in Fontenay in a building located just steps from the RER station (Val de Fontenay), and large spaces are available 🌱

Workspaces for office activities, artist studios, and light crafts are available across the building’s five floors, all accessible by elevators. This call for applications applies only to the large spaces on the first through third floors.

• On the first floor, a 93 m² unit can be occupied by one or more organizations sharing the space.
• On the second and third floors, the spaces are divided into three units per floor (two 500 m² units and one 200 m² unit).

You may partition these spaces at your own expense and with the prior approval of the Plateau Urbain technical team.

This call for applications is open to artists, associations, cultural organizations, or entities from the social and solidarity economy, as well as startups seeking affordable workspaces to develop their business and creativity.

Each organization will be required to pay a monthly fee corresponding to the project’s operating costs.

First-floor space (R+1)

Member rate: €14.50/m²/month, all utilities included

Non-member rate: €15.23/m²/month, all utilities included

Spaces on the second and third floors (R+2/R+3)

Member rate: €10/sq. ft./month, all utilities included

Non-member rate: €10.50/sq. ft./month, all utilities included
