To support the development and completion of the new Chapelle International neighborhood, the Plateau Urbain cooperative, in partnership with the Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris (RIVP) and the Caisse des Dépôts, is launching a new call for applications to lease commercial space within Chapelle Nouvelle.
The call for applications concerns a 51-square-meter commercial space and a 15.5-square-meter utility room at €15 per square meter per month (excluding tax). It is located immediately adjacent to the Porte de la Chapelle metro station (Line 12) in Paris’s 18th arrondissement, within the new Chapelle International neighborhood, on the ground floor. This unit is a public access building (ERP) and authorized to receive the public; however, the tenant must submit the necessary application. It features a street-facing window. However, this unit is not equipped with a kitchen, restrooms, or an exhaust system.
This call for applications is open to project leaders for a 4-month occupancy period, with the possibility of entering into a contract with the RIVP for a longer term. It is particularly aimed at activities that contribute to the neighborhood’s appeal, the diversity of its offerings, and its vibrancy. It is open to organizations whose financial stability is still developing but which have the capacity to undertake construction work. This temporary occupancy serves as a springboard for project leaders seeking to test and refine their business model and ensure long-term sustainability, as there will be an opportunity, following the temporary occupancy project, to enter into a lease agreement with the property owner, SAS SoHo International.
Apply today on the Plateau Urbain platform through Monday, February 5, 2024.
A group tour of the space will then be organized on Thursday, February 8, 2024.
Once applications have been reviewed, the move-in can take place starting in mid-February.
