All employees gathered for the annual team retreat at L’Hermitage, a third place dedicated to rural and community innovation at the crossroads of the Aisne and Oise valleys.
🐤🐔A perfect opportunity to bring together long-time members and newcomers, since there are now 87 of us working every day at the cooperative!
🌿We also held sessions for collective work and reflection on Plateau Urbain’s identity, missions, and work organization, which led to new initiatives. These will continue throughout the year to bring Plateau Urbain’s social, cultural, solidarity-based, and economic ambitions to fruition.
🌷 The cooperative warmly thanks the Hermitage team for their hospitality and facilitation, which allowed us to take the time to exchange ideas and step back to reflect on our impact in the fields of transitional urbanism and ecological transition🌷
