Our cooperative is launching a new call for applications for office space at Les Arches Citoyennes (Central Paris) and Jaurès (Paris 19th arrondissement). You’re welcome to join us at a subsidized rate starting at €400/m²/year, all-inclusive.
This call for applications is intended for so-called “supporting organizations.”
Supporting
organizations enable groups with more modest resources to benefit from affordable spaces
within Plateau Urbain’s projects, by paying a higher fee than other
organizations
in the project, but still below market rates.
Available spaces at Les Arches Citoyennes (4th arrondissement)
We offer private offices ranging from 10 m² to 25 m², some with connecting doors, located between the 1st and 5th floors. Meeting rooms can be reserved free of charge.
Offices are available through at least December 2025. The notice period is 3 months.
Rate: €450/m²/year, including utilities, excluding VAT, or €37.50/m²/month, excluding VAT. Storage spaces are available in the basement at a rate of €15/month, excluding VAT.
Available spaces in Jaurès (19th arrondissement)
We are offering a 93.7 m² open-plan office on the 7th floor, along with an adjoining 19.5 m² private meeting room. Parking spaces are also available. The offices are available
for an estimated term of 16 months.
Rate
: €400/m²/year, utilities included, excluding tax, or €33.3/m²/month, utilities included, excluding tax – (member
rate). Parking spaces are available at a rate of €80/month, excluding tax.
