The Plateau Urbain cooperative is inviting applications for office space as part of a temporary occupancy project near the Porte de la Villette metro station (19th arrondissement, Paris)
The site is a recently constructed office building made available to Plateau Urbain for a minimum term of 18 months, renewable (up to a maximum of 35 months). The building is located in Paris’s 19th arrondissement along the Canal Saint-Denis.
Of the building’s 7 floors, the spaces available for rent are located on the 3rd and 4th floors. The two floors are similar, each measuring 1,400 m² and containing 22 partitioned offices ranging from 15 to 80 m² (partitioning currently being carried out by Plateau Urbain). The larger spaces may be shared among multiple organizations.
In addition to access to their own space, selected organizations will have access to all the common areas provided by Plateau Urbain on these floors. The building also features spacious common areas on the ground floor, shared with the building’s other tenants, to which the organizations will also have access: a large reception hall, three large modular meeting rooms, as well as a preparation area and dining room.
This call for applications is open to artists, associations, cultural organizations, or those from the social and solidarity economy, as well as startups and freelancers seeking affordable workspaces to develop their business and creativity.
The building is easily accessible by bike and public transit. It is located halfway between the Porte de la Villette and Corentin Cariou metro stations on Line 7, across from the T3b Canal Saint-Denis tram stop, and is also very close to the Rosa Parks RER E station. The building is situated along the Canal de Saint-Denis.
Between €21/m² and €22.05/m² per month, including tax
