CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – OFFICES – FONTENAY-SOUS-BOIS

The Plateau Urbain cooperative is inviting applications for office spaces, workshops, and basements as part of a temporary occupancy project in Val de Fontenay.

Following a successful initial collaboration on the La Grange project, Plateau Urbain and SPL MAB are continuing their partnership with a new temporary project. As part of a major restructuring of the future neighborhood, SPL MAB, in partnership with the Ile-de-France Public Land Agency, is in the process of acquiring the Salengro property complex.

Available spaces:

The Chartreuse building is a five-story structure built in the 1970s, featuring office and workshop spaces arranged around a central courtyard accessible from the ground floor. This courtyard will serve as the hub around which the various common areas (kitchen, lounge, meeting room, etc.) will be organized.

  • GROUND FLOOR SPACES

Workspaces for office activities, artist studios, and light craftwork are available on the ground floor. The offices/studios range from 10 to 30 m². Among them, several rooms, previously used as medical offices, are equipped with a sink, making them ideal for businesses whose activities require direct access to water.

  • SPACES ON THE UPPER FLOORS

Workspaces for office activities, artist studios, and light craftwork are available across the building’s five floors, all accessible by elevators. Various types of spaces are available, with varying degrees of partitioning: there are a few small spaces under 15 m², medium-sized spaces between 15 and 35 m², and larger ones between 35 and 70 m². There are also larger, minimally partitioned spaces ranging from 100 to 250 m². These spaces can be shared among multiple organizations.

  • BASEMENT SPACES

Unlit spaces for storage or workshops are available in the basement. Cellars of 30 m² are available with access to electricity. A larger space of 100 m² is available and can be shared. The basements have direct vehicle access via the ground-level parking lots, but are limited to a ceiling height of 1.95 m.

  • PARKING ACCESS

The building has access to parking spaces for vehicles under 1.95 m in height. The financial terms for parking spaces have not yet been defined; they will be determined at the time of the tours (see schedule).

Access:

The building is a 5-minute walk from the Val-de-Fontenay RER station (RER lines A and E).
