The third place Les Gens Jaurès is starting a new chapter.
Led by the Plateau Urbain cooperative, Les Gens Jaurès is launching a second call for applications to welcome new organizations to this shared workspace located near the Jaurès metro station (lines 7bis, 2, and 5) in Paris’s 19th arrondissement.
Housed in a 10,000-square-meter building already occupied by nearly 180 organizations, the space brings together a wide variety of stakeholders: artists, associations, creative studios, artisans, cultural organizations, and social and solidarity economy projects. This diversity fosters an environment conducive to collaboration, exchange, and collective projects.
As part of this temporary occupation prior to the building’s conversion into social housing, new offices, workshops, and storage spaces are now available for organizations seeking affordable workspace and a creative ecosystem.
Spaces are available starting at €20/m² per month, utilities included, for offices and workshops, and €9/m² per month for basement spaces, with access to shared areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, common areas).
