As part of the revitalization of the new Bruneseau neighborhood in the 13th arrondissement, Plateau Urbain is inviting applications to temporarily occupy several ground-floor spaces open to the public.
These ground-floor spaces are part of a large-scale project aimed at connecting Paris to Ivry-sur-Seine via the Allée Paris-Ivry at its center, and at bringing the neighborhood to life both before and during construction. Occupying the shops offered in this call for applications means participating in the creation of this future neighborhood.
Available spaces
The available units are spread across two different ground floors, shared among several
structures; 7 units are suitable for public access (ERP), and 1 unit is designated for “office” use. Each ground floor features restrooms, a water supply, and direct street access. They are particularly bright thanks to their glass facades. Each of the two spaces is shared among several organizations (“project-led co-working”).
Available units: from 18 m² to 63 m²!
Applicants
The call for applications is open to organizations seeking to use a ground-floor public-access space (ERP) for community, artistic, craft, cultural, or Social and Solidarity Economy purposes—specifically those in the early stages of launching their activities, non-profit organizations, or Paris-area community, artistic, and ESUS enterprises whose business model does not allow them to access premises in central Paris. The goal is to complement and diversify the existing offerings within the Liaison Douce project and the rest of the neighborhood.
Fee:
In addition to their involvement in the project, project leaders will be asked to make a progressive financial contribution. In November 2024, this will amount to €23/m²/month.
In January of each year, it will increase by €1 per year, resulting in €24/m²/month in 2025
General Information:
Part of the premises has already been occupied for three years by artists, artisans, and associations, who carry out their activities there.
