In Jaurès (19th arrondissement of Paris), workspaces for office activities, artist studios, and light craftwork are available.
An initial call for applications was launched last May, and the space has been open for two months. 210 organizations have already joined the project!
We can still accommodate organizations looking for large spaces for their offices, studios, or storage: offices/studios of 40, 50, or 80 square meters, or storage space up to 300 square meters.
The spaces are available pending the start of renovation work to convert the building into public housing, for an estimated duration of 16 months.
By becoming a tenant at Jaurès, we invite you to become a member of the cooperative by purchasing shares. A discounted rate on monthly rent is available for members.
