With 99 organizations already having set up shop at Lac C since February 2023, Aquitanis and Plateau Urbain are launching a new call for applications to join this third place for a period of 1 year and 9 months.
Lac C consists of a complex of four buildings surrounded by a 10-hectare wooded area provided by La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. Only part of the buildings is currently available for occupancy. The purpose of this call for applications is to make 1,700 square meters of office space, workshops, and training facilities available.
This call for applications is open to artists, artisans, associations, cultural organizations, and entities from the social and solidarity economy, as well as startups and independent professionals seeking affordable workspaces to develop their businesses and creativity.
This is the perfect opportunity for local organizations to join this creative and collaborative project.

Organizations that move into the spaces will participate in the collective life of Lac C, its activities, and its smooth operation. The design of common areas and events held on-site will be co-created with all occupants.
