CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FROM LAC C

To kick off 2024 on the right foot, a new call for applications has been launched to join Lac C, the Bordeaux-based third place initiative led by Plateau Urbain and Aquitanis, where more than 92 organizations have already moved in.

Aquitanis and Plateau Urbain are launching a call for applications for one or more organizations to occupy a 400-square-meter kitchen for a period of 23 months. This large kitchen is equipped with 5 stovetops, 3 large sauté pans, 1 griddle, and 2 deep fryers.

This call for applications is aimed at organizations committed to promoting good food for all, with a focus on sustainable development—particularly the promotion of quality products, preferably local, and the fight against food waste.

This new call for applications is the perfect opportunity for organizations working in solidarity and sustainable food to join this creative and collaborative project.
