CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR LA GRANGE

Plateau Urbain, in partnership with SPL Marne-au-Bois, is launching a new call for applications to repurpose the 304.2 m² basement space at La Grange—a project that has been open since April 2021—for a period of 7 months! 

A 304.4 m² space, formerly a parking lot, features a water supply, two small windows, and an electrical panel. The space is available as a single unit and will be allocated to a single project leader or an already established collective. The electrical panel is specific to the basement and is original. Two outlets are installed.

This space is not classified as a public access building (ERP).

To ensure greater equity among occupants, two fee levels apply depending on each individual’s tax status:

• For entities subject to VAT, the rent is €6/m²/month excluding tax, including utilities (e.g., cultural enterprises, social economy enterprises, associations subject to VAT, etc.)
• For organizations not subject to VAT, the fee is €6/m²/month including tax and utilities (e.g., associations, artists, etc.).

Thus, the call for applications is open to organizations in the associative, artistic, artisanal, cultural, and Social and Solidarity Economy sectors. Organizations that move into the workspaces will participate in the site’s community life, its activities, and its smooth operation.

Schedule: 

1. Submit your application online via the Plateau Urbain platform between March 21 and April 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
2. Group tour of the premises and individual interviews by registration via a form on Monday, April 22. This form will only be sent to organizations that applied via the platform by April 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
3. Confirmation of interest and technical details specific to your activity via a new form to be completed by the evening of April 25.
4. Notification via email of the acceptance of your application on Tuesday, April 30. If we do not hear from you within five days of the announcement of the results, we reserve the right to reallocate the space.
5. Sign the contract online via our LINK management platform and submit proof of insurance.
6. Move-in and key handover on Monday, May 6

These premises are on loan to us from SPL Marne-au-Bois until December 2024.
La Grange is funded by the Île-de-France region and supported by the Fontenay-sous-Bois city hall.
