Plateau Urbain has been occupying a commercial building in the heart of a working-class neighborhood in Asnières-sur-Seine for three years now. Seqens, a social housing provider, plans to convert it into social housing. They entrusted us with setting up a third-place space in the interim period before construction begins. Atlas brings together around 80 organizations (painters, artisans, associations, jewelers, etc.).
The Available Space
52.5 m² space: The space offered to you is a former ground-floor apartment. It has a separate entrance from the other premises, offering greater independence. This space is suitable for use as an office or small workshop. It provides true autonomy thanks to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. Access to the rest of the building’s common areas is included. Direct access to the outdoor parking lot can facilitate equipment management (parking spot for 20 euros per month). Storage rooms are also available if you need additional storage space.
Applicants
This call for applications is intended for a single organization that would occupy the entire space and wishes to use a ground-floor space for community, artistic, artisan, cultural, or Social and Solidarity Economy organization—that is, an organization either in the process of launching its activities, a nonprofit, or an ESUS enterprise whose business model does not allow access to premises in the Paris region.
Rent
Entities subject to VAT: 12 euros excl. tax/sq. ft./month, or 14.4 euros incl. tax/sq. ft./month
Non-VAT-registered entities: 12 euros (including tax) per square meter per month
Parking space offer: 20 euros (including tax) per month (non-VAT-registered) / 20 euros (excluding tax) (VAT-registered)
