Our third-place projects

Plateau Urbain oversees the implementation and management of creative and vibrant third-place projects, drawing on over a decade of expertise in management, facilitation, and programming. Primarily located in densely populated urban areas, these third places address various social and environmental challenges and provide opportunities to experiment with new ways of shaping the city.

Magma

A temporary workspace in Arcueil comprising several historic and modern buildings, offering office space, workshops, and basements within a 7,500-square-meter garden.

Dédale

A 5-story building in the heart of Fontenay-sous-Bois

La Roche

Located in the heart of Paris’s 14th arrondissement, La Roche is now home to more than 40 tenant organizations. 

Elmer

This site, located in Paris’s 19th arrondissement along the Canal Saint-Denis, is home to 70 facilities.

Malraux

Located in Courbevoie, the Malraux third place has just opened its doors and will host around thirty artists, artisans, associations, and social and solidarity economy organizations for four years.
