He assists local governments, property owners, and community groups in developing their projects related to temporary use, transitional urban planning, and third places.
It oversees the setup of the cooperative’s temporary projects, from identifying opportunities to helping project leaders get established. At the same time, the division carries out cross-functional work in advocacy, fundraising, and partnership development.
They oversee the day-to-day management of third places by fostering a supportive environment. Working as a team or individually, members handle project management, community engagement, administrative and budgetary management, and communications. Depending on the project objectives and the capabilities of the venues, they also take on responsibilities related to cultural programming, facility management, or logistics.
He is responsible for regulatory compliance and site safety. He oversees operations and manages the technical aspects of the site from setup through to closure.
It encompasses the general functions that support operational activities. It assists employees in carrying out their duties. The support functions include human resources management, finance, accounting, cooperative affairs, and information systems.
His role is to highlight the cooperative’s efforts in support of transitional urbanism and the right to the city. He communicates about all the projects led by the other divisions of Plateau Urbain.
