Les Gens Jaurès is a space dedicated to work, featuring areas for socializing and meeting others. Across the building’s 10,000 square meters, you’ll find a diverse mix of activities and organizations (including all kinds of associations, independent artists, a film production company, a theater troupe, an architecture firm, a recording studio, bike repair shops, a florist, and more). The premises, located across from the Jaurès metro station in the 19th arrondissement, are being offered by the social housing provider I3F pending the start of renovation work to convert the building into social housing, for an estimated period of 18 months.
