Plateau Urbain’s General Assembly took place this Thursday, June 22, at Césure!
This year, members and shareholders of the cooperative gathered for a very special General Assembly. One year after the adoption of new resolutions that profoundly changed the cooperative’s operations and opened membership to a wider audience, this was an opportunity to take stock and collectively reflect on the future!
On this occasion, a large number of individuals and organizations joined the cooperative as members to become even more involved in the life and development of Plateau Urbain. Welcome to all these actors of the city of tomorrow who are dedicating their time and energy to collectively envision the role that temporary and transitional urbanism can (and must) play.
This unprecedented and massive influx of highly diverse members (occupants of third places supported by Plateau Urbain, employees, experts, partners) marks a pivotal moment in Plateau Urbain’s history. For the first time, individuals and organizations that occupy our spaces are becoming members of the cooperative. Now more than ever, unity is strength!
