In partnership with SEMAEST, Soukmachines and Plateau Urbain have launched a new format: the Urban Machines. Each venue selected for the project gives rise to a Machine—an experimental exhibition space designed to foster greater interaction between artists, artworks, and viewers. Fifteen artists (working in painting, drawing, installation, sculpture, objects, and more) were selected by a curator who works closely with the collective.
