OpenBach brings together creators from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of skills, enabling them to work on both their personal projects and new collaborative initiatives. The Labolic collective, founded in 2013 to realize this vision, manages and runs the space.

The former SciencesPo Urba buildings, which were vacant and awaiting demolition, were entrusted to Labolic by their owner, the social housing provider Hénéo (formerly Lerichemont). A call for applications was organized in partnership with Plateau Urbain to bring together the project’s participants.
