Located in a former office building in Cachan, La Pampa is a temporary third place launched in March 2023 by the Plateau Urbain cooperative.

We have transformed this space into a welcoming place for exchange and work. Artists, artisans, designers, and organizations develop their projects here, building connections and collaborations in private or shared studios.

The goal is to support local cultural, social, and economic vitality by offering affordable rent to committed project leaders.

Named La Pampa following a collective consultation, this third place in the Paris region is a green oasis in Cachan, offering its occupants a peaceful and welcoming space in the heart of the city.

For several years now, ceramicists, painters, set designers, media professionals, urban planners, associations, dance and theater companies, and many others have been working and bringing La Pampa to life every day.
