Located in the former premises of the IFAID (Institute for Training and Support of Development Initiatives), this second space opened by Aquitanis and Plateau Urbain in the working-class neighborhood of Les Aubiers offers an opportunity to redefine the relationship between the city center and its outskirts, and to foster new patterns of foot traffic as well as new initiatives in areas undergoing urban renewal.

The shared ambition of Aquitanis and Plateau Urbain is to foster the emergence of a network of community-oriented and creative spaces within the city and to support residents in finding employment and starting businesses. While awaiting the new Sports Integration Hub project, the space currently hosts young entrepreneurs and cultural organizations.
