The space had been offered with a view to flexible use.
The two-story building had a total floor area of 2,063 m², of which 910 m² had been made available through an open call for proposals as offices or studios. Located in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, it was situated near the Panthéon and the other temporary occupation at Les Petites Serres.
Private spaces had been proposed within these extraordinary premises as part of this temporary occupation: a 95-square-meter community hall opening onto the patio, a meeting room, a relaxation area, and, of course, the terrace, built entirely from reclaimed wood sourced from Les Grands Voisins. It was this very terrace that served as a meeting point with the neighborhood: twice a week, the Île-de-France AMAP network organized local fruit and vegetable distributions. In June, a Creative Market was held so that the artist and artisan occupants could exhibit and sell their works.
