The site is a modern office building made available to Plateau Urbain for a minimum term of 18 months, renewable (up to a maximum of 35 months). The building is located in Paris’s 19th arrondissement along the Canal Saint-Denis.

Organizations thus operate within a rich and stimulating ecosystem thanks to the diversity of the people, activities, and professions represented. The goal is to create a collective dynamic that fosters connection, mutual support, and knowledge sharing.

In addition to access to their own spaces, the organizations benefit from all the common areas provided by Plateau Urbain on the upper floors—spaces designed for socializing where people can eat, chat, and meet. Organizations are invited to participate in the planning and design of these common areas. The building also features spacious common areas on the ground floor, shared with the building’s other tenants, to which the organizations also have access: a large reception hall, three large modular meeting rooms, as well as a preparation area and dining room.
