Atlas, a former office building located in Asnières-sur-Seine, is a temporary occupation project led by the Plateau Urbain cooperative since October 2021. Offices and workshops are made available to artists, artisans, social and solidarity economy enterprises, and associations. The project encompasses a wide range of fields, including visual arts, sewing, design, jewelry, cosmetics, upcycling, music, and photography.
The project’s goal is to strengthen ties with the local community and, more broadly, to contribute to the neighborhood’s economic, social, and cultural development, while providing project leaders with offices and workshops at an affordable price.
Upon completion of the project, the site will be converted into a social housing building by its owner, the social housing provider Seqens.
