Plateau Urbain is assisting the public institution Campus Condorcet in exploring new approaches to managing and facilitating its social spaces, with the aim of enhancing student life and interactions among the various campus users.
The project is based on a spatial and temporal analysis of current usage patterns, as well as on a collaborative process involving various stakeholders: students, faculty, research staff, student organizations, and local authorities.
Based on this analysis, the team is developing an activation and management strategy inspired by practices from third places. The goal is to foster the emergence of spaces for meeting, cooperation, and collective initiatives capable of strengthening the social and cultural dynamics of the campus.
