Stéphanie Boulay is a graphic and visual artist specializing in visual identity, publishing, and creative workshops focused on collage and the reuse of materials, combining design with an eco-friendly artistic approach.
“Drawing from a reservoir of memories, moments, and instants, I try to uncover what might lie hidden within, in order to reveal the marvelous, the grotesque, or the fantastic through drawings on paper as well as through models and dioramas. From these combinations of references and meanings emerge chimeras, both magical and unsettling, unearthing intimate narratives by making the invisible visible.”
Creative from a very young age, and a graduate of the Beaux-Arts in Rouen in 2015 and the Beaux-Arts in Paris in 2017, his artistic vision and practice have become increasingly refined.
Since 2017, he has exhibited throughout France and has been represented by the Anne-Sarah Benichou Gallery since 2021.
He discovered Atlas through a friend who is a resident artist—and yes, word of mouth matters at Atlas!
