Since the beginning of 2022, a community of artists and artisans has been occupying La Dalle, the former Schott factory located at 40 Rue Beaumarchais in Montreuil. Through this temporary occupation project, Plateau Urbain and Alios Développement aim to foster new dialogues between artistic creation and urban development projects. Through artists’ and artisans’ studios, events, and partnerships with local stakeholders, upcoming real estate projects are opening up to the city and its residents.
