Located just a few minutes from the RER B (Laplace / Arcueil-Cachan station), the site consists of several buildings set within a beautiful 7,500-square-meter garden.
This temporary occupation allows the site and its garden to be reused for two and a half years. The space serves as a hub for experimentation and collaboration, open to occupants, neighborhood associations, and partners of the future project. Events will be organized there to bring the site’s programming to life and open the garden to the public.
The buildings now house offices, workshops, and common areas for more than 130 organizations, surrounded by large green spaces that will be periodically accessible to everyone.
